Being around anyone who constantly puts themselves down is a major turn off. Nothing is more attractive to a man than a woman who is confident and feels comfortable and happy in her skin. A woman who is happy with herself is usually the example of a woman with a good head on her shoulders. If you don’t have confidence in yourself then why would anyone else?  He’s not going to want to sit around and baby your emotions all the time so you have to be strong and show him that you can hold it together.
